CLUTCHX11 TOURNAMENT RULES
Every tournament hosted on ClutchX11 is governed by strict, transparent competition protocols to ensure 100% fair matchmaking and skill-based outcomes.
🎮 1. General Participation & Slot Allocation
- 1 Exact In-Game Name (IGN) Match: Your registered in-game character name and UID in your ClutchX11 profile must match your actual character inside the game room. Unregistered players will be kicked without refund.
- 2 Strict Slot Discipline: You must occupy only your assigned slot or team number. Jumping into opponent slots will result in an immediate lobby kick and disqualification.
- 3 Lobby Entry Timing: Room credentials (ID & Password) are distributed 15 minutes prior to match launch. Players must join the lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- 4 Network Reliability: Players are solely responsible for their cellular or Wi-Fi internet connection. Disconnections due to personal network outages will not warrant match remakes or refunds.
🛡️ 2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
- ! Prohibited Tools: Any use of third-party hacks, modded APKs, speed-hacks, wall-hacks, auto-aim, recoil scripts, or config files will result in an immediate permanent device ban and wallet forfeiture.
- ! Emulators & PC Tools: Emulators (Bluestacks, Gameloop, LDPlayer) and tablet tools are strictly prohibited unless the match mode is explicitly marked as "PC Allowed". Mobile touchscreens only.
- ! Teaming Up with Opponents: Collusion, intentional match throwing, or teaming up with rival squads in solo or duo contests is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate elimination.
📹 3. POV Video Proof & Dispute Resolution
- 1 Mandatory Screen Recording: High-tier and Paid Scrim players are advised to record their full match gameplay (POV) from lobby entry until elimination or victory.
- 2 Dispute Window: All kill count or placement disputes must be submitted to the In-App Support Chat within 30 minutes of match completion along with unedited video proof.
- 3 Arbiter Verdict: The decision of the official ClutchX11 match referee and server audit log is final and legally binding.
